Built with pride.
Open to everyone.
Pride Built Construction exists to build exceptional spaces for everyone: precise in the work, open in the welcome, and unapologetic about who we are and who we are for.

Construction first
Before anything else, Pride Built is a construction company. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, build additions, take on whole-home renovations, build custom homes from the ground up and fit out commercial spaces. We are judged the way any builder should be: on whether the work is right, whether the schedule holds, whether the site is clean and whether you always know what is going on.
That is the foundation. Everything else we stand for sits on top of it, and none of it would mean much if the framing were crooked.
Why Pride
The name is not a campaign, and it is not for one month a year. It says plainly who we are: an LGBTQ+ proud company, and a company that welcomes every client, crew member, trade partner and neighbor as they are.
Plenty of people have had a contractor in their home who made them feel judged, talked down to or unsafe. Plenty of tradespeople have worked on crews where they could not be themselves. We built this company so that neither has to be true. On a Pride Built site, respect is a condition of the work, for everyone, every day.
Respect is a condition of the work. For everyone, every day.
The standard
Pride is in the work: in the framing you will never see, in the finish you touch every day, and in how every person who walks through the door is treated. In practice that means a written scope before any work starts, selections confirmed before demolition, a protected and organized site, one point of contact, surprises reported to you first with options, and a walkthrough with a punch list that gets closed out. You can read the whole thing on our process page. It is the same on every project.
Everyone means everyone
"Exceptional spaces for everyone" is a promise about who we build for and how. It means a kitchen planned around the way your household actually works, not an average family. It means a bathroom that a parent or a partner with limited mobility can use with dignity, designed so it simply looks like a beautiful bathroom. It means a commercial space where every visitor feels welcome before they read the sign. And it means a website and a process that are accessible too; you can read our accessibility commitment.
It also means we get the small things right, like asking for your pronouns on the first form so we use them from the first call.
Building something bigger
Pride Built was designed from the beginning to grow: the same name, the same standard and the same welcome, market by market. If you are a builder who shares these values and wants to bring them to your own community, our franchise page is where that conversation starts.
